If this is your first time serving during Divine Service and you’re feeling nervous—welcome. You’re in the right place.
Below is a simple guide to help you through each part of the Divine Service. Use it as a reference, not a script. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you, speak through you, and help you serve with sincerity, humility, and confidence.
Remember: you are not performing—you are worshiping. Serve authentically, and trust that God will meet you right where you are.

Call to Worship
  • Purpose: Welcome the congregation and prepare them for worship.
  • Speaker’s Role:
    • Greet everyone with warmth and enthusiasm.
    • Use one of the following scriptures to center the congregation:
      1. Psalm 100:
        • “Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.”
      2. Psalm 29: 1-2:
        • “Ascribe to the Lord, you heavenly beings, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness.”
  1. Psalm 57: 9-11:
    • “I will praise you, Lord, among the nations; I will sing of you among the peoples. For great is Your love, reaching to the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the skies. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens; let Your glory be over all the earth.”
  1. Lord God Almighty, none is as mighty as you in all things you are faithful, O Lord you rule. Over the powerful sea you calm its anger waves. Heaven is yours, the earth also you made the world and everything in it. How powerful you are, how great is your strength. Your kingdom is found on righteousness and justice. Love and faithfulness are shown in all you do. How happy are the people who worship you with song, who live in the light of your kindness.,
  1. Psalm 145: 1-6:“I will exalt You, my God the King; I will praise Your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise You and extol Your name for ever and ever. Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom. One generation commends Your works to another; they tell of Your mighty acts. They speak of the glorious splendor of Your majesty—and I will meditate on Your wonderful works. They tell of the power of Your awesome works—and I will proclaim Your great deeds.”
  1. Oh God you are our God, earnestly we seek you today. Our soul’s thirst for you, our whole being longs for you. Because we have seen you in the sanctuary, and behold you power and glory. We can respond Lord, your love is better than life itself, and we declare that our lives would glorify you. We will praise you as long as we live, and in your name we will lift up our hands to do your work. Lord we will be sanctified if you feed us, and we will now sing praise to your name.
  1. I give thanks into the lord. Call upon his name; make known his deeds among the people. Sing unto him, sings psalms unto him; talk you of all his wondrous work. Glory you in his holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the lord. Seek the lord, and his strength; seek his face evermore
  1. Psalm 113:“Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord, you His servants; praise the name of the Lord. Let the name of the Lord be praised, both now and forevermore. From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. The Lord is exalted over all the nations, His glory above the heavens. Who is like the Lord our God, the One who sits enthroned on high?”
  2. Psalm 66: 1-4:“Shout for joy to God, all the earth! Sing the glory of His name; make His praise glorious. Say to God, ‘How awesome are Your deeds! So great is Your power that Your enemies cringe before You. All the earth bows down to You; they sing praise to You, they sing the praises of Your name.’”
  3. Oh, sing to the lord a new song! Sing to the lord, all the earth, sing to the lord, bless his name; Proclaim the good news of his salvation from day to days. Declare his glory among the nations, his wondrous among all peoples. For the lord is great and greatly to be praised; he is to be feared above all gods. Amen
  4. Psalm 135: 1-3:“Praise the Lord. Praise the name of the Lord; praise Him, you servants of the Lord, you who minister in the house of the Lord, in the courts of the house of our God. Praise the Lord, for the Lord is good; sing praise to His name, for that is pleasant.”

Then the role of the person that does call to worship is to do the two texts that we have memorized

Then we sing Holy Holy

John 3: 16

Exodus 20: 8-11

Tithes and Offering

Tithes and Offering

  • Purpose: Encourage the congregation to give with a joyful and generous heart, acknowledging God’s blessings and provision.
  • Speaker’s Role:
    • Introduce the time for tithes and offering, reminding the congregation of the importance of giving as part of worship.
    • Use one of the following scriptures to emphasize the biblical principle of giving:
      1. Leviticus 27:30:
        • “A tithe of everything from the land, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the Lord; it is holy to the Lord.”
        • “As we give today, let us remember that everything we have comes from God, and we return to Him what is holy and belongs to Him.”
      2. Acts 20:35:
        • “In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus Himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
        • “As we give, may we do so with generosity, remembering that it is more blessed to give than to receive.”
      3. Malachi 3:8:
        • “Will a mere mortal rob God? Yet you rob me. But you ask, ‘How are we robbing you?’ In tithes and offerings.”
        • “Let us reflect on this call from God and give faithfully, honoring Him with our tithes and offerings.”
      4. Malachi 3:10:
        • “Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.”
        • “God invites us to trust Him in our giving. As we bring our tithes and offerings today, may we trust in His promise to bless abundantly.”
    • Encouragement: Remind the congregation to give from the heart and trust in God’s provision.

Now I invite the Deacons to come forward to collect the tithes and offering. As we sing; the lord is blessing, right now, right now

2nd Song: We give thee … ( Let us Stand)

Pray on the offering after the 2nd songs

Appel à l’adoration

BObjektif :

Akèy kongregasyon an epi prepare yo pou adorasyon.

Wòl moun kap selebre a :

  • Salye tout moun ak chalè ak antouzyasm.
  • Sèvi ak youn nan Ekriti sa yo pou santre kongregasyon an:

Sòm 100 :
« Pouse pou Bondye kè kontan, nou tout moun ki rete sou tè a! Sèvi ak Bondye ak jwa, vini devan li ak chante lwanj. Konnen ke Senyè a se Bondye. Se li ki fè nou, e nou se pou li; nou se pèp li, bann mouton li ap gide. Antre nan pòt li yo ak rekonesans, nan lakou li yo ak lwanj; remèsye li, beni non li. Paske Senyè a bon, bonte li dire pou tout tan, fidelite li kontinye de jenerasyon an jenerasyon. »

Sòm 29:1-2 :
« Bay Senyè a, nou menm pitit dye yo, bay Senyè a laglwa ak fòs. Bay Senyè a laglwa ki dwe non li; adore Senyè a nan splannid li nan sakre li. »

« Loue Senyè a! Loue, sèvitè Senyè a; loue non Senyè a! Ke non Senyè a beni kounye a epi pou tout tan! Soti solèy leve jiska kote li kouche, ke non Senyè a beni. Senyè a wo anlè tout nasyon, laglwa li anlè syèl yo. Kilès ki menm jan ak Senyè a, Bondye nou an, ki chita sou twòn anlè? »

Sòm 66:1-4 :
« Fè tè a tout antye rele ak kè kontan! Chante laglwa non li; fè lwanj li briyan. Di Bondye: ‘Gade ki jan zèv ou yo pwisan! Pouvwa ou fè lènmi ou yo soumèt devan ou. Tout tè a adore ou; yo chante lwanj ou, yo fè lwanj non Senyè ou.’ »

Envitasyon pou chante :
« Chante pou Senyè a yon nouvo chante! Chante pou Senyè a, tout tè a, beni non li; pwoklame bon nouvèl delivrans li chak jou. Deklare laglwa li pami nasyon yo, bèl zèv li pami tout pèp. Paske Senyè a gran anpil epi li merite lwanj; li dwe respekte plis pase tout dye yo. Amèn. »

Sòm 135:1-3 :
« Loue Senyè a! Loue non Senyè a; loue li, nou menm ki sèvi Senyè a, nou menm ki sèvi nan kay Senyè a, nan lakou kay Bondye nou an. Loue Senyè a, paske li bon; chante non li, paske sa agreyab. »

Wòl moun kap selebre a :

Li de tèks yo memorize: Jan 3:16 ak Egzòd 20:8-11

Lè sa a, chante « Holy, Holy »

Akeyi

Salitasyon maten

Bonjou e bon sabbat, fanmi legliz la.
Se vrèman yon benediksyon pou nou nan kay Senyè a jodi a.

Rekonesans Prezans Bondye

Nou remèsye Bondye paske li leve nou maten an, li pwoteje nou pandan tout semèn nan, e li mennen nou isit la an sekirite pou nou adore Li nan lespri ak laverite.

Akèy pou manm ak vizitè yo

Pou manm nou yo, byenveni lakay ou.
E pou vizitè yo—kit se premye fwa w ap adore avèk nou oswa ou te deja vini—nou kontan anpil pou nou gen ou isit la. Ou byenveni vre.

Prezantasyon vizitè yo

Nan moman sa a, nou ta renmen rekonèt vizitè nou yo.

(Fè yon ti poz, souri, kite moman an pase natirèlman)

Transisyon pou salitasyon fraternel

Mèsi anpil paske nou vin adore avèk nou jodi a.
Kounye a, mwen pral envite yon manm ekip lwanj la pou vini gide nou pandan n ap salye youn lòt.

Enstriksyon pou salitasyon (lè w pase bay ekip lwanj la)

Fanmi legliz la, pandan ekip lwanj la ap gide nou, pran yon ti moman pou salye yon moun ki bò kote ou nan non Jezi—pataje yon souri, yon bo sou men, oswa yon mo janti—pou nou montre lanmou Bondye youn pou lòt anvan nou kontinye sèvis divin nou an.

Dim ak Ofrann

Dim ak Ofrann

Objektif :
Ankouraje kongregasyon an pou yo bay ak yon kè kè kontan ak jenere, epi rekonèt benediksyon ak pwovizyon Bondye.

Wòl moun kap selebre a :

  • Entwodui moman dim ak ofrann yo, raple enpòtans pou bay kòm yon pati entegral nan adorasyon an.
  • Sèvi ak Ekriti sa yo pou montre prensip biblik sou don:

Levitik 27:30 :
« Dizyèm nan tout sa ki soti nan tè a, kit se grenn nan tè a oswa fwi nan pyebwa yo, se pou Senyè a ; li sakre pou Senyè a. »

  • « Lè n ap bay jodi a, sonje tout sa nou genyen se Bondye ki ban nou, epi nou retounen sa ki sakre ak ki pou Li. »

Travay 20:35 :
« Nan tout sa mwen fè, mwen te montre nou ke lè n ap travay konsa, nou dwe ede moun ki fèb yo, sonje pawòl Seyè Jezi menm li te di: ‘Li pi beni pou bay pase pou resevwa.’ »

  • « Ann bay ak jenewozite, sonje li pi beni pou bay pase pou resevwa. »

Malachi 3:8 :
« Èske yon moun ka vòlè Bondye? Men nou vòlè m! »

  • « Ann reflechi sou apèl Bondye sa a epi bay fidèlman, onore Bondye ak dim ak ofrann nou yo. »

Malachi 3:10 :
« Pote tout dizyèm nan nan kay trezò a, pou gen manje nan kay mwen ; mete m a tès, di Senyè a Zè Armé yo, epi wè si mwen p ap louvri pou nou pòt syèl la, epi vide sou nou benediksyon an abondans. »

  • « Bondye envite nou fè konfyans nan don nou. Lè nou pote dim ak ofrann jodi a, ann mete konfyans nou nan pwomès li pou beni nou anpil. »

Ankourajman :

  • Raple kongregasyon an pou bay ak kè yo, epi fè konfyans nan pwovizyon Bondye.
  • « Mwen envite kounye a dyak yo pou vini kolekte dim ak ofrann yo. Pandan n ap chante, sonje: Senyè a ap beni kounye a, isit la menm, kounye a. »

2èm chante : « We Give Thee… » (Leve kanpe)

Lapriyè sou ofrann lan apre 2èm chante a.
